Richard R. Divers is the Chief Executive Officer of Ambulatory Integration Concepts LLC, a leading healthcare integration solutions company uniquely focused on turnkey transactional integration of acquired ambulatory practices.

 

Prior to joining AIC, Mr. Divers was the Vice President of Development for MedQuest Associates, Inc. where he was responsible for management services, acquisitions and divestitures, corporate development, mobile operations, capital planning and deployment, certificate of need, strategic planning, real estate, facility and equipment service, and new product development. During his time at MedQuest Mr. Divers completed nearly twenty strategic transactions, was responsible for the development or redevelopment of nearly fifty imaging centers, managed annual budgets in excess of $35M and led a critical transformation initiative involving thirteen hospitals. 

 

Throughout his career, Mr. Divers has integrated nearly $2 billion in acquired assets and worked on over 50 transactions.  Mr. Divers has spoken at numerous national and regional conferences.

 

Mr. Divers received his undergraduate degree from Case Western Reserve University and resides in Milton, Georgia.
